No Placement, No fee

Our business model is built on success. We only invoice our finder's fee if our candidate successfully secures a role within your organization. Additionally, we offer a rebate period of approximately 3 months to protect your investment in the event of employment termination.

Thorough Candidate Screening

Before presenting candidates to you, we conduct a comprehensive 30-minute phone call screening. This process allows us to gain in-depth insights into their background, skills, and experience, ensuring that we recommend only high-quality applicants who meet your specific needs. If a candidate meets our criteria, we will provide you with their details to proceed with the interview process.

Flexible Placement Fee

Our standard placement fee is around 25%, but we understand that every organization has unique requirements. We are open to negotiating the percentage to accommodate your specific circumstances and ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

Candidate Feedback

We believe in transparent communication. After each interview, we promptly provide you with feedback from the candidate, sharing their thoughts and impressions. This feedback empowers you to make well-informed decisions throughout the hiring process.

Swift CV Delivery

We understand the importance of timeliness without compromising on quality. Our aim is to deliver carefully selected CVs within 24 hours, prioritizing quality matches over quantity. This ensures that you receive candidates who closely align with your requirements.

Information from Candidates

Throughout the screening and application process, we gather information from candidates in a friendly and professional manner. This includes:

  • Current employment details and reasons for seeking new opportunities.

  • Location and job preferences to ensure a suitable match.

  • Relevant experience and skills pertaining to your desired technology stack.

  • Notice period to facilitate efficient planning.

  • Salary expectations for alignment with your compensation structure.

  • Awareness of other agencies they may be engaging with and the urgency of the hiring process.
